So, I finally decided on what to do my paper on. I'm writing about the burning of an American flag and how it effects us as Americans, court cases on it and other things. Did you all know that it is actually NOT illegal to burn the American flag even for an American. Congress decided that making burning of the American illegal is a violation of our fist amendment which if you don't know it freedom of speech and self expression. I think this is absolutely outrageous. What do you all think about burning the American flag, should it be illegal or legal?
